Promoting the safe practices of Ayurveda
Maintaining a searchable database of qualified practitioners of Ayurveda to help protect the public from those who are not qualified to practice. We will also create an ethics committee to review complaints against Ayurvedic Practitioners.
Supporting the continued education
for Ayurveda Practitioners
CAAM supports quality learning and provides continuing education to its community partners by hosting free Continuing Education classes for Ayurveda Professionals via the agency of Tele Classes. It features a series of expert speakers who specialize in Ayurvedic medicine and allied fields of Yoga, Jyotish and other Vedic sciences. Each speaker addresses a field-related topic, with an emphasis on source texts, trends, recent findings, and future possibilities in respective areas.
Developing network opportunities
Our conferences, and other awareness increasing events are terrific networking opportunities for the Ayurveda community in California. CAAM also partners with other state as well as national organizations, which supports networking with peers and thought leaders of this profession. Relationships are to be developed with like-minded non-profit organizations throughout the United States and coordinate our activities where it helps us to achieve the mission, purpose and goals of CAAM.
